What payment options do you provide?
We take cash, direct debit or send you an invoice to save your details so you can automatically pay weekly.
Are your products eco-friendly?
We source our cleaning products from a company located on the Gold Coast that are bio-degradable, eco-friendly and septic-safe. We also use our own natural blend to kill mould.
What do you clean?
It depends on what you need. For our regular cleans, we have a 3-hour minimum to clean bathrooms, kitchens and general dusting around the house. We finish with a vacuum and mop throughout the house. We do not clean heavily mouldy areas, this should be done by a mould remediation company that has the correct safety gear, after that, we can maintain the area to make sure the mould does not return.
Are you a mould removal company?
We are not a mould removal company, unfortunately, we are not set up with the proper equipment to remove heavy build-up of mould, but we can help identify and point you in the right direction to have your mould removed. We do maintain your home after the mould has been removed and any problem areas resolved.
Can you guarantee that no mould will ever grow again in my home?
We can not guarantee that no mould will ever grow. Mould is a natural organism that grows on organic material, so as long as you have any form of organic material in your home, (e.g: gyprock, wood, fabric, etc.) mould will continue to form. What we can do is manage the environment so that it is hard for the mould to grow and eliminate any potential spores before they have a chance to take hold.
What is a mould management plan?
We will go through your home, identify problem areas, and give you tips and tools to minimise risk. Our team will walk you through what you can do to make sure mould does not take hold of your house and create an unhealthy living environment.
